These are all old pictures from before the digi-cam age that I digitised. My current digicam (Canon Exilim 7-something) has a feature specifically for taking pictures of old pictures which is where all of these came from. Some (Washington for example) were taken without removing the pictures from the plastic pages so they are glossy.
